On average, we shoot for a six to eight week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.
Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We’ll provide you with a set of comprehensive video tutorials to help you learn your way around, as well as provide you with a training session to help get you on your way. (Note: We love to answer your questions!)
We offer a variety of payment options, varying from a one-time, up-front payment to six automated monthly payments. We understand that this is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible.
Typically, we ask for 50% up front and 50% upon completion of the project.
We accept checks, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
Usually that is you. You are the expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we have a copywriter on our team who can help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost.
We are only an email away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need, and we won’t disappear once the site is launched. Our team has been building websites for 15+ years, so we aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
Be wary of anyone who says they’ll build you a website for $600. They’ll take your money and then build your site with a template. They may have a lot of templates to choose from, but they’ll all be rather generic. They’ll ask you for five pages of text and then slap it into a template and that’s it. You can’t have custom graphic design; you can’t have any interactivity; your site won’t be optimized for search engines and it will look like a $600 site.

There is no contract for this service. However, we do offer maintenance packages at a discounted rate to better provide support for your website, which is a annual contract.

A lot! Your input and feedback is crucial to this process. We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality.
Our goal is to please you. We can’t do that without your input. If there are other sites with a design style that you would like to emulate, we can do that. If you have a logo or brand collateral that you’d like us to work around, that’s no problem. We’ll be sure your new site will be a consistent and integral part of your overall brand.
Hosting is super important! When it comes to hosting, you get what you pay for. At KyTek Web Services all of our websites are on the Amazon Cloud Network which is the industry standard.
